The devastation of my herb garden

I am mildly irritated.  I knew the builders would be doing some work in my herb garden and that the plants would have to be moved out.  So I was expecting this.

All the same, it is a pity.  Particularly as my herbs HAVEN’T all been put in pots.  Even those that have are looking terrible.

Now, I KNOW I’m being a bitch.  It may not be entirely obvious to whoever did that that digging up plants and lying them on the gravel would kill them.  After all, they may not be gardeners.

Also, although the fennel and rosemary HAVE been put on soil, they have been put on top of the flower bed.  Ugh.  I’m not sure what they’ve got underneath.

Realistically, I’m going to just have to go to the garden centre and buy a whole load of new plants.  Perhaps soon enough, it will look like this again.

Thanks for listening to my whinge.  I know there are people in the world with real problems.
