Soho at Christmas

Yesterday, I met my friend A for brunch at Bill’s in Soho.  A is a maternity nurse and looked after both my children when they were infants.  Now she is my friend and it was great to see her (at the moment she is working for two families so doesn’t get a whole lot of free time.  Plus she is booked up until February 2017 so that won’t change any time soon).  We both had pancakes and bacon.  So delicious.

Afterwards, I went to the John Lewis in Oxford Street and ended up walking through Carnaby Street to get there.

London changes pretty often but I was surprised to see that this shop is still going.  I used to go here when I was about 15 and thought it was so cool.

Regent Street is looking pretty (and was incredibly crowded).
